• Lead the interiors estimating department, managing all aspects of cost estimation for commercial fit-out projects.
• Review project plans, specifications, and requirements to develop accurate and competitive bids.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to ensure precision in pricing and scope.
• Oversee bid strategies, value engineering, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and material costs.
