Job Description

  • Oversee all phases of interior construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and site logistics.
  • Conduct regular site visits and meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with NYC building codes, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Interiors Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of experience managing commercial interior projects in NYC.
  • Strong understanding of high-end finishes, fast-track schedules, and client-facing communication.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • NYC construction experience and familiarity with local regulations is essential.
