If you have experience estimating (especially corporate interiors projects) and you are looking for your next great opportunity, please apply or call Tyler directly at (617)-824-2654.Job DescriptionThe Construction Estimator - Interior Upfits - Charlotte will be responsible for:Analyzing construction blueprints and other documents to prepare time frames, costs, material, and labor estimatesPreparing bid packages, development budgets, and analyzing subcontractor bids for use in conceptual and bid proposal estimatesEstablishing pricing and conducting comparison activitiesWorking closely with construction project management team to maintain estimate throughout projectConsulting with vendors and internal project teams to resolve issuesEstablishing and maintaining strong subcontractor relationshipsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
