Job Description

    • Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and proposals for interior fit-out projects.
    • Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor pricing to ensure accurate, competitive bids.
    • Collaborate with project managers, executives, and clients to clarify scopes and develop pricing strategies.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of material costs, market conditions, and subcontractor capabilities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Estimator should have:

    • Experience as an Estimator in commercial interiors or related construction sectors.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in estimating software and take-off tools.
    • Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
    • Knowledge of NYC market pricing and commercial construction processes.
