• Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers and architects to assess project requirements and specifications.
• Review and analyze blueprints, drawings, and technical documents to determine project scope.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Maintain and update cost databases to ensure accurate and current pricing information.
• Provide detailed reports and presentations on cost estimates and project budgets to stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and adjust estimates as needed to reflect changes in scope or requirements.
