Construction Estimator- South Shore

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to align estimates with project specifications.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to develop project estimates.
• Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Monitor and update cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to budgets.
• Provide support in value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
• Maintain detailed records of all estimates and project costs for future reference and reporting.
• Assist in preparing bid proposals and presentations for potential clients.
