Construction Estimator

• Reviewing project plans, specifications, and site conditions to determine material, labor, and equipment requirements.
• Conducting thorough cost analysis and preparing accurate estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, subcontractor costs, and overhead.
• Soliciting and analyzing subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
• Collaborating with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and develop cost-effective solutions.
• Preparing detailed take-offs and quantity surveys for various construction trades and activities.
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks and uncertainties in project estimates.
• Presenting estimates and proposals to clients and stakeholders in a professional manner.
