Job Description

    • Assist with quantity take‑offs, cost estimating, and bid preparation for commercial interior projects.
    • Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals to ensure accurate scopes.
    • Support senior estimators in developing pricing, proposals, and value‑engineering options.
    • Maintain up‑to‑date cost data and vendor/subcontractor information.
    • Participate in bid reviews, project handoffs, and internal estimating meetings.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Junior Estimator should have:

    • Some experience or education in construction estimating, construction management, architecture, engineering, or related fields.
    • Strong analytical and math skills with high attention to detail.
    • Familiarity with take‑off software or estimating tools is a plus but not required.
    • Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and grow within a supportive team.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
