Construction Lead Superintendent - Multifamily ATX

Site superintendents oversee the construction process and are responsible for overall construction activities within the established design, budget and scheduling guidelines. This can include planning and scheduling, organizing, directing and controlling activities on the construction site. The duties of a construction superintendent will vary, however, they can expect to be responsible for daily scheduling, supervising all activities and tasks, and ensuring the safety and compliance of the site.
