Position entails serving as a key liaison with their customers, scheduling and coordinating all design and construction processes and is responsible for estimating and financial management and margin performance of the project. He or she also must coordinate and supervise the construction process from the conceptual development stage through final construction, within time limits. Responsible for estimating projects working with subcontractors, reviewing the scope of work. Also, is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses, and, depending upon the contractual arrangements, and for directing or monitoring compliance with building and safety codes, other regulations, and requirements set by the project's insurers. Procore experience not required but preferred. ***Estimating experience is required***

The Successful Applicant

  • 6+ years of experience in Construction, experience managing multiple projects at a time

  • The construction manager duties include the delivery of materials, tools, equipment, worker productivity and safety
  • Responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses depending upon the contractual arrangements
  • Duties also include overseeing project safety and housekeeping of all subcontractors. Managing project communication and on-site project coordination meetings, as well as completion of daily field reports and all field documentation.
  • Depending on the job size and Client requirements you may have a dual role as Construction Manager and Project Manager. You will be responsible for the success of the project from inception to final close-out including all aspects of the design, job cost, schedule, and quality.
