They recently moved into a new office in Waukesha, WI and have a strong track record of purchasing land and developing properties, as well as purchasing properties and improving them for new tenants. As the company looks to the future, they have multiple exciting ground-up projects in the works for the spring, and plenty of office tenant improvement projects lined up for the winter. Their primary focus is on projects throughout southern Wisconsin, and they specialize in office space TI projects, ground-up multitenant light industrial buildings, and multitenant retail. They are committed to delivering exceptional results and creating spaces that meet the unique needs of our clients.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilties of the Construction Manager:Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure project specifications and requirements are metManage project budget and ensure that project stays within budget constraintsEnsure compliance with local building codes and regulationsManage project changes, risks, and issues, and communicate these to the project team and stakeholdersAttend project meetings and report on project progress to senior managementConduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work is completed to the highest standardsEnsure that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained prior to construction and are maintained throughout the project lifecycleFacilitate the resolution of any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the projectPrepare and distribute project reports and status updates to stakeholders as requiredManage project closeout procedures, including ensuring all project documentation is complete and archived, and that all necessary inspections and sign-offs have been completedMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
