Description
- Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction progress
- Analyze the client's direct and indirect cost budget
- Manage budget, schedule, procurement, quality, etc.
- Prepare scope of work
- Read and understand complex documents
- Interface with clients directly to define project requirements
- Facilitate project meetings
- Implement change management routines to assess change requests
- Demonstrate ability to identify project risks

The Successful Applicant
- 5 years of construction experience
- Retail construction experience is a plus
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to travel
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Procore or a similar software
