Job Description

  • Oversee all phases of manufacturing and data center construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align project objectives and milestones.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, monitoring progress to maintain efficiency.
  • Enforce safety and quality standards on-site, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to minimize project disruptions and maintain continuity.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and address on-the-ground issues proactively.
  • Maintain clear and consistent client communication, providing updates and reports to foster transparency and alignment on project goals.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on large-scale manufacturing and data center projects.
  • Strong preconstruction expertise, including budgeting, planning, and estimating to set projects up for successful execution.
  • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build trusted relationships.
  • Skilled in coordinating and managing project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and adhere to detailed project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to addressing construction challenges.
  • Knowledgeable in industry safety standards and best practices, with a track record of maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Capable of working under pressure, balancing multiple priorities, and adapting to evolving project needs.
