Job Description

  • Brand awareness campaign management on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram
  • Management of social media - minimum 12 posts/month per platform, audience growth and engagement, attend events and take photos to post to social media
  • Website SEO Content - project profiles/case studies - up to 1 per month, 1 blog per month
  • SEO Optimization: Google my business page updates and Testing as needed, speed, organic performance, site health
  • Website management - regular maintenance and upkeep, design and content updates as needed (new projects, employee updates): Troubleshooting and resolving errors as/if they occur and Weekly to bi-weekly plugin updates
  • Award submissions - search and submit company for construction/multifamily awards, related industry rankings, etc.
  • Internal email newsletter at least once per quarter
  • Create written materials such as brochures, project lists, data sheets, resumes, and maintain project documentation
  • Graphic Design: Tradeshow materials, Statement of qualifications designs, and Email Signatures (Exclaimer)
  • In-House Production: Handle photoshoots inhouse for new hires to be added to the website
  • Reputation Management: Coordination of testimonial and review collection with initiatives to leverage through content marketing
  • Coordinate college career fairs

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, English, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the construction industry
  • Previous experience in preparing technical documents and following detailed instructions
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook & Teams)
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior management, colleagues, and clients
  • Excellent at working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
  • Exceptional problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Eye for design and strong graphic design capabilities
  • Adaptable, eager to learn new technologies and systems
  • Ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions
