Job Description

  • Support the Project Manager in the planning and execution of multifamily construction projects
  • Assist with scheduling, subcontractor coordination, procurement, and budgeting
  • Help manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Attend project meetings and maintain effective communication with stakeholders
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and support field teams
  • Ensure safety, quality, and project standards are upheld

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5 years of experience in construction, preferably in wood frame and/or multifamily residential
  • Familiarity with construction documentation, project schedules, and building processes
  • Proficient with construction management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communicator who thrives in a team-oriented environment
  • Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
