Job Description

  • Manage daily operations across multiple construction projects to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to meet deadlines and financial goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present operational reports to leadership, highlighting key metrics and progress.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive operational excellence initiatives.
  • Support recruitment, training, and development of team members to enhance operational capabilities.
