Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of Class A and interiors construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Identify and resolve project-related issues or risks promptly.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
  • Foster positive relationships with all project stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

A successful Construction PM - Class A / Interiors should have:
