The Project Manager - Ground up Hotel will oversee all aspects of hotel construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Other projects might include additional hotels, light industrial, and healthcare projects. Their projects are typically focused on ground up projects in the $20M - $80M range.

The organization is a mid-sized commercial focused GC with over 50 years in business in the Atlanta and SE markets. Current headcount is around 150 employees between two offices in the Atlanta Metro. Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end hotel construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships.
  • Ensure the successful handover of completed projects to the client.
