Job Description

  • Oversee full project lifecycle, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality standards are met
  • Manage subcontractors, field teams, and project coordination
  • Maintain strong client communication, focusing on healthcare facility stakeholders
  • Facilitate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare construction codes, safety standards, and AHCA/Texas-specific requirements (as applicable)
  • Lead regular site meetings, progress reports, and team collaboration

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience
  • Healthcare project experience is required (hospitals, clinics, medical office buildings, specialty care facilities)
  • Strong scheduling, budgeting, and communication abilities
  • Ability to lead teams in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment
  • Proficiency with project management tools and industry software
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
