Construction PM - Healthcare

• Oversee and manage all phases of healthcare construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards across all construction activities.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management.
• Manage procurement of materials and resources to meet project requirements.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project goals and maintain high performance.
