Construction PM - K-12

• Manage all phases of K-12 construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and reports.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including school administrators and community members.
• Oversee project documentation and ensure proper permits are obtained.
• Resolve issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
