Job Description

  • Manage projects from award through final completion
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams
  • Lead subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract administration
  • Review and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear stakeholder communication

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction PM - Municipal should have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
  • Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing
  • Proven experience managing subcontractors, schedules, and budgets
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Excel
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
