We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator with strong Procore experience to support our project management and construction teams.Job DescriptionServe as the primary administrator for Procore, ensuring accurate and timely project documentationSet up and maintain projects in Procore, including drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and photo documentationAssist Project Managers with:RFIs, submittals, and change order trackingProcurement logs and subcontractor documentationBudget and cost tracking supportCoordinate with subcontractors and vendors to collect required documents (COIs, contracts, submittals, certifications)Distribute drawings, updates, and project communications to internal and external teamsMaintain organized digital and physical project recordsSupport project closeout, including as-builts, warranties, and turnover documentationAttend project meetings as needed and assist with meeting minutes and follow-up itemsInterface with accounting and operations teams to support billing, pay applications, and complianceMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
