Job Description

* Coordinate and track submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and document control

* Maintain updated construction documents, as‑built plans, and electronic records

* Support schedule development using CPM methods and assist with punchlist and closeout

* Analyze subcontractor pricing, assist with buyout, and help prepare contracts and POs

* Provide field coordination support, verify deliveries, resolve issues, and document progress

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Engineer should have:

* 1-2 years of construction experience (more considered with stable tenure)

* Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills

* Proficient in RFIs, change orders, document management, and cost tracking

* Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 (preferred)

* Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from PMs and Superintendents
