Job Description

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring all phases are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and reports to track progress and address challenges proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects.
  • Provide technical support and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality and progress of work.
