Job Description

  • Lead and manage multiple multi-family construction projects across the Chicagoland area.
  • Oversee project teams including Project Managers, Superintendents, and support staff.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
  • Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
  • Provide strategic input on project planning, risk management, and resource allocation.
  • Support business development and client relationship management.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of experience in construction management, with at least 3 years in a Project Executive or Senior Project Manager role.
  • Strong background in multi-family residential construction.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
