Job Description

  • Lead multiple construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring they stay on schedule, on budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, architects, and partners to support repeat business and long-term growth.
  • Guide and mentor project teams, helping managers and field staff perform at their best.
  • Oversee contracts, budgets, and risk management to protect project success and profitability.
  • Represent the company at industry events and in the community to strengthen its reputation and visibility.

The Successful Applicant

  • 25+ years of experience in construction, including at least 5-10 years in a senior project management role.
  • Proven track record of leading multiple teams and delivering successful projects.
  • Strong understanding of contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Skilled in mentoring staff and building strong client relationships.
  • Familiar with tools like Viewpoint, MS Project, Bluebeam, and BIM; a degree in construction or a related field is preferred.
