Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery. Monitor and control project costs, preparing financial reports and managing change orders. Enforce safety protocols and quality standards, conducting site inspections to ensure compliance. Act as the primary liaison with clients, providing updates and resolving concerns to maintain strong relationships. Supervise on-site teams, fostering collaboration and accountability among crew members. Demonstrated success managing projects valued at $5M-$30M, preferably in the big box retail sectorHas performed site work including utilitiesProficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent communicator, comfortable negotiating with stakeholders and presenting to clientsWhat's on OfferBase Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
