Job Description

    • Manage the full project lifecycle-from pre‑construction planning and budgeting to close‑out documentation.
    • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and proactively resolve field issues.
    • Prepare schedules, track project milestones, and maintain strict cost control.
    • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and a strong customer experience.
    • Enforce safety standards, quality expectations, and brand‑specific design requirements.
    • Oversee procurement, change orders, and vendor management.
