Job Description

Oversee all stages of the construction project life cycle, including planning, design, procurement, execution, and closeout.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet key milestones.
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are fulfilled.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Prepare and present comprehensive project reports, including updates on progress, financials, and risk assessments, to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a motivated and high-performing workforce.
Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them while resolving any issues that arise.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously enhance project management processes.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Proven track record as a Project Manager in commercial and industrial construction.
Deep understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
Thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Demonstrated leadership and team management expertise.
PMP certification is a plus but not required.

Base Salary: $100,000-$135,000, based on experience.
Bonus Structure: Project and profit-based, typically ranging from $8,000 to $15,000 in the first year.
