Job Description

  • Oversee all stages of the construction project life cycle, including planning, design, procurement, execution, and closeout.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet key milestones.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are fulfilled.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive project reports, including updates on progress, financials, and risk assessments, to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a motivated and high-performing workforce.
  • Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them while resolving any issues that arise.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously enhance project management processes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proven track record as a Project Manager in commercial and industrial construction.
  • Deep understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management expertise.
  • PMP certification is a plus but not required.
