Job Description
The Project Manager - Commercial Fit-Out Work is responsible for:
- building 2-3 projects simultaneously, between $1 and $5 million each
- managing an APM dedicated to project paperwork, RFIs, etc. on the specific project
- serving as the primary face of the business with the architect, client, and subcontractors
- managing the budget and overseeing the schedule, in coordination with the Superintendent
- representing the firm in a positive manner at all times

The Successful Applicant
The right Project Manager - Commercial Fit-Out Work has:
- at least 5 years of construction project management experience
- a background in high-end commercial fit-out work
- the ability to move quickly on fast-paced projects
- communication skills, both written and verbal
- strong client-facing abilities and represents the employer well at all times
- a Bachelor's Degree
