Construction Project Manager - Commercial Ground Up

• Lead and manage all phases of commercial ground-up construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
• Monitor daily construction activities and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Review and approve project plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
