Job Description

Project Manager - Commercial Projects up to $20M - Salem MA will be responsible for:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and closeout.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and project success.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Utilize project management software and tools to streamline workflows and maintain documentation.

The Successful Applicant

Project Manager - Commercial Projects up to $20M - Salem MA will have:

  • 5+ years as a Project Manager, or an Assistant Project Manager with long tenure
  • Renovation experience is essential; ground-up construction experience is a big plus.
  • Ability to use construction management software (procore, bluebeam, etc)
