Handle all project management duties through the entire life-cycle of commercial projects. This includes weekly communication with the client, coordination with the super and subcontractors on site, scheduling, budget monitoring, documentation for RFIs, submittals, change orders
The Successful Applicant
This candidate will need commercial project experience in the private or public sector of at least $3MM in value. Has overseen the full life cycle of a project as an APM or PM. Proficient with Procore technology and comfortable working both on-site and in the office.
