Job Description

  • Manage ground‑up and tenant improvement projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Drive project schedules, budgets, and quality standards across multiple active jobs.
  • Lead coordination with field teams, subcontractors, architects, and owners.
  • Prepare and review estimates, bids, and project cost analyses.
  • Oversee RFIs, change orders, documentation, and project reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with project executives and field leadership to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout each project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

  • 4-9 years of commercial GC experience.
  • Proven ability to estimate and run your own projects.
  • Experience across multiple commercial project types (not just one niche).
  • Strong communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
  • High‑energy, solutions‑driven, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
  • Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, Sage, and Microsoft Office.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work well across departments.
