Construction Project Manager (commercial)

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and compliance
• Ensure adherence to project specifications and client expectations
• Lead OAC meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and enforce safety protocols
