Construction Project Manager - Data Center

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate and supervise project teams, including junior project managers, contractors, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure project compliance with contracts, regulations, and industry standards.
• Monitor and control project budgets, costs, and resource allocation.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential risks.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, clients, and upper management.
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
• Track project progress, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Resolve complex project issues and conflicts to minimize delays.
• Manage project changes, including scope adjustments and contract modifications.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, performance, and financials.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and other team members.
• Ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
