Job Description

  • Manage construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Oversee project planning, including resource allocation, risk management, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Monitor site activities to maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present project updates, including progress reports and budget analyses, to stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained for each project.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support future project opportunities.
