  • Oversee all stages of ground-up commercial construction projects, from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.


  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources for efficient planning and use.


  • Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project specifications and deadlines.


  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.


  • Identify and address project risks or issues, implementing solutions as needed.


  • Prepare and share regular project status updates with senior management and stakeholders.


  • Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations and building codes.


  • Negotiate contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure favorable terms.


  • Mentor and support junior project managers and construction staff, promoting growth and professional development.


  • Maintain effective communication among project teams, clients, and stakeholders to address concerns and ensure alignment.


  • Monitor quality control to uphold high standards of workmanship and materials.


  • Manage project documentation, including plans, contracts, change orders, and progress reports.


  • Coordinate with property management for smooth transition from construction to occupancy.


  • Lead project closeout activities, including client and owner walkthroughs.

The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.


  • Proven experience managing large-scale multi-family construction projects from start to finish.


  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations for vertical construction projects.


  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, including mentoring and developing project teams.


  • Skilled in budgeting, cost control, and managing project financials.


  • Proficient with project management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, or similar tools.


  • Strong problem-solving abilities and able to make critical decisions under pressure.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.


  • Capable of managing multiple projects at once and prioritizing tasks effectively.


  • Experienced in contract negotiation and management.


  • Knowledgeable about safety standards and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.


  • Willing and able to travel to project sites as needed.


  • PMP certification or similar credentials are preferred but not required.
