Job Description

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure financial and contractual compliance.
Oversee and direct assistant project managers, superintendents, and project teams.
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants to align scope and expectations.
Negotiate, issue, and manage subcontractor agreements, change orders, and buyout processes.
Monitor project progress, quality, and safety to ensure adherence to plans, codes, and company standards.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain schedule and cost control.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear communication and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
