Job Description

Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget control
Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and inspectors to maintain quality and compliance
Develop and manage project schedules, cost forecasts, and risk mitigation plans
Oversee procurement, contracts, and change orders to protect project objectives
Enforce site safety standards and regulatory requirements at all times
Monitor construction progress and resolve issues to keep projects on track
Communicate clear status updates to owners, stakeholders, and internal teams
Deliver projects on time and within budget while meeting client expectations
