Job Description

  • Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project scope and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, resolving issues as they arise.
  • Lead project meetings and coordinate communication among all parties involved.
  • Monitor project performance and implement improvements as necessary.
