• Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities and address any issues.
