Job Description

  • Lead ground‑up and renovation projects in life sciences, healthcare, manufacturing, and advanced technology
  • Manage project delivery from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover
  • Oversee schedules, budgets, contracts, and cost forecasting
  • Coordinate design partners, engineering teams, and trade partners early and often
  • Manage MEP‑heavy systems, commissioning requirements, and validation workflows
  • Drive alignment in complex, regulated environments (labs, clean rooms, imaging suites, medical spaces, sterile manufacturing)
  • Utilize design‑build processes to guide feasibility, constructability, and cost strategies
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and quality in high‑performance spaces
  • Lead OAC meetings and serve as the primary owner representative
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team culture

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10+ years managing life science, healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or advanced manufacturing projects
  • Strong experience leading technically complex, MEP‑intensive builds
  • Familiarity with cGMP, clean rooms, lab environments, or clinical spaces
  • Ability to thrive in a design‑build environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling platforms
  • Experience coordinating multi‑disciplinary design and engineering teams
  • A high‑ownership, solution‑driven approach
