About Our Client
Our Client is a growth minded general contractor who is based in Kansas City, MO but allows for fully remote employees. Their focus is on healthcare project work for federal clients (VA, USACE, Air Force) all throughout the Midwest. Project range from $500k to $15M and are typically occupied medical facilities. Job Description
Reporting directly into the VP, the main duties and responsibilities of the Project Manager will include the following:
- Direct all construction activity and project planning processes
- Take lead on various meetings
- Lead client and project teams to ensure on-time/on-budget project completion
- Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to sites
- Work with Superintendents and field staff to coordinate project schedules
- Monitor project forecast and fulfill job costing responsibilities
- Develop and maintain successful client relationships
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of project team

The Successful Applicant
In return for a competitive compensation package, the successful candidate will possess the following:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Previous Medical/ Healthcare project experience
- Experience with Federal clients (VA, USACE, Air Force) is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Able to manage team of employees and multiple projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to build solid relationships with team members, vendors, and customers
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules
