Job Description

  • Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues to maintain timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and healthcare standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and reports.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct final inspections and ensure successful project handover to clients.
