Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve project goals.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and obstacles.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor project teams to achieve optimal performance.
