Our client is a mid‑sized commercial interiors general contractor with a strong reputation throughout the NYC metro area. Known for their repeat clients, organized project teams, and collaborative culture, they specialize in office, tenant improvement, retail, and specialty interior buildouts.

Job Description

      • Manage commercial interior projects from preconstruction through closeout.
      • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
      • Oversee budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement.
      • Lead project meetings and proactively resolve challenges to keep projects on track.
      • Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure quality, safety, and smooth site execution.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

      • Proven experience managing commercial interior construction projects in NYC.
      • Strong understanding of interior sequencing, finishes, millwork, and MEP coordination.
      • Highly organized, proactive, and confident communicating with clients and consultants.
      • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines without losing attention to detail.
      • A collaborative team player who takes pride in delivering standout interior spaces.
