Job Description

  • Manage all phases of construction projects under Job Order Contracting (JOC) guidelines.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
  • Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:
