Job Description

  • Work with field staff to ensure projects are running smoothly and on time
  • Meet with clients, architects, and vendors to go over budget and timeline of projects
  • Manage documentation and client relationships
  • Manage multiple projects
  • Lead weekly OAC meetings
  • Delegate tasks
  • Review documentation from APMs and Project Engineers
  • Review and approve change orders, and RFIs
  • Master schedule creation and ensure deadlines are met
  • Work on logistics and construction planning alongside the Superintendent

The Successful Applicant

  • Higher Ed or K-12 project experience required
  • 5+ years of construction experience, as a Project Manager
  • Estimating and precontruction experience preferred
  • Experience working on projects over $10M, both renovation and ground-up
  • Experience in a client facing position
  • Ability to multitask
